Os sonotrodos t\u00eam que oscilar na frequ\u00eancia correta; a oscila\u00e7\u00e3o em si mesma, a amplitude e tamb\u00e9m a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o da amplitude t\u00eam de ser as corretas.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, o seu fabrico deve ser geometricamente preciso, os materiais utilizados devem ser adequados para as diferentes aplica\u00e7\u00f5es e a pot\u00eancia sem carga deve ser o mais baixa poss\u00edvel.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f3 quando todos os requisitos \u2013 e tamb\u00e9m algo mais &#8211; se aplicam, se pode dizer que o sonotrodo foi corretamente projetado e constru\u00eddo.<\/p>\n<p>No entanto, nem sempre \u00e9 assim.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e1 muitos exemplos de sonotrodos erroneamente projetados ou constru\u00eddos em utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o ou sonotrodos que foram indevidamente refinados. Nesses casos, o desempenho de soldagem diminui, todo o processo se torna pouco confi\u00e1vel e a an\u00e1lise de erro que \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio efetuar consome, geralmente, uma quantidade consider\u00e1vel de tempo e esfor\u00e7o.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9 por isso que, ao projetar novos sonotrodos, damos tanta import\u00e2ncia \u00e0 otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos j\u00e1 existentes.<\/p>\n<p>Com base nas nossas amplas op\u00e7\u00f5es anal\u00edticas e m\u00e9todos de c\u00e1lculo, podemos avaliar a qualidade de oscila\u00e7\u00e3o dos sonotrodos de forma r\u00e1pida e econ\u00f3mica e, posteriormente, otimiz\u00e1-los.<\/p>\n<p>O sonotrodo mostrado acima \u00e9 um exemplo t\u00edpico de um comportamento de vibra\u00e7\u00e3o errado. Apesar de ter trabalhado na frequ\u00eancia certa, o &#8220;stress enrugado&#8221; na ponta resultou rapidamente numa fenda. A taxa de falha foi consider\u00e1vel \u2013 a maior parte das vezes as fendas ocorreram ap\u00f3s apenas alguns desempenhos de soldagem.
