Les sonotrodes doivent osciller \u00e0 la bonne fr\u00e9quence, la forme d'onde elle-m\u00eame doit \u00eatre correcte, ainsi que l'amplitude et la distribution de l'amplitude.<\/p>\n<p>En outre, elles doivent \u00eatre fabriqu\u00e9es avec une grande pr\u00e9cision g\u00e9om\u00e9trique, le mat\u00e9riau utilis\u00e9 doit \u00eatre adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 l'application, la puissance au ralenti doit \u00eatre aussi faible que possible.<\/p>\n<p>Ce n'est que si toutes ces exigences sont remplies - en plus de certaines autres - qu'une sonotrode est correctement con\u00e7ue et construite.<\/p>\n<p>Ce n\u2019est pas toujours le cas.<\/p>\n<p>Souvent, les sonotrodes sont soit con\u00e7ues ou construites de mani\u00e8re incorrecte, soit retravaill\u00e9es par des personnes inexp\u00e9riment\u00e9es. En cons\u00e9quence, la performance de soudage est r\u00e9duite et l'ensemble du processus est al\u00e9atoire, ce qui engendre un effort consid\u00e9rable pour l'analyse de d\u00e9faillance requise \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>C'est pourquoi nous accordons une attention particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 l'optimisation des sonotrodes existantes.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 nos capacit\u00e9s d'analyse et de calcul approfondies, nous sommes en mesure d'\u00e9valuer les sonotrodes quant \u00e0 leur qualit\u00e9 de balancement et de mettre en \u0153uvre des am\u00e9liorations rapidement et \u00e0 peu de frais.<\/p>\n<p>La sonotrode montr\u00e9e dans l'image ci-dessus est un exemple typique de comportement d'oscillation inappropri\u00e9. Bien qu'elle ait certainement fonctionn\u00e9 \u00e0 la bonne fr\u00e9quence, la \"contrainte de plissement\" au sommet a entra\u00een\u00e9 une fissuration extr\u00eamement rapide. Les taux de d\u00e9faillance \u00e9taient importants, les fissures se produisaient souvent apr\u00e8s tr\u00e8s peu de soudures.
